Jack Thomson, II
President
Jack Thomson is one of the founders of Commonwealth Home Health Care. Besides Commonwealth Jack owned and operated Professional Pharmacy in Danville, Virginia. Jack served his country in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge in 1971. Jack now serves as President and Veteran Owner of Commonwealth Home Health Care and provides operational leadership and strategic planning responsibilities. Jack and his wife Gayle have seven (7) children and they operate a horse farm in Danville, and he loves to watch his daughter Brook compete at horse shows around the area. -
Susan Warren Rabon
Vice President
Susan has served as Vice President for Commonwealth Home Health Care since 2015. She previously worked as the Deputy Attorney General for Administration with the North Carolina Department of Justice and as a Senior Assistant for Administration with the Office of Governor in North Carolina for eight years. Susan provides operational leadership and is involved with strategic planning for Commonwealth. Susan and her husband Tom have one child and enjoy their time at the beach. -
Danny Jones
Secretary/Treasurer
Danny Jones was one of the founders of Commonwealth Home Health Care. He has been actively involved with Commonwealth since 1981. Danny owned and operated Commonwealth Pharmacy located in Danville, Virginia for twenty-one (21) years. Danny also served his country in the United States Army National Guard being honorably discharged in 1976. Danny now serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Commonwealth Home Health Care and is actively involved in strategic planning and budget preparation and review. Danny and his wife Brenda have two children and enjoy traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren. -
Robert F. Warren
Shareholder/Director
Rob has served on the Board of Directors of Commonwealth Home Health Care since 2015. Rob served as President of Warrco, Inc. for twenty (20) years and served as Vice President of Operations of Warrco for seven (7) years prior to that. In his role as a Director with Commonwealth Home Health Care Rob participates in operations and strategic planning within the organization. Rob and his wife Mindy have three (3) children and enjoy travel and spending time with their friends and family. Rob is a lifelong Hokie Fan and during the fall spends time in Blacksburg, Virginia on Saturdays! -
Brian P. Wilson
Chief Operations Officer
Brian has been employed with Commonwealth Home Health Care for thirty-six (36) years, he has been the Chief Operations Officer since 2015. During his time in the HME Industry he has enjoyed growing Commonwealth into a World Class Organization. Brian says that his success is credited to his team members at Commonwealth. Everyone knows that at Commonwealth Home Health Care, Business if Personal for our customers and our teammates. Brian and his wife Wendy have four (4) children and a beautiful granddaughter. They enjoy camping with family and friends and spending time at the beach. -
Rob Giannini
Vice President of Business Development
Rob began his career with Commonwealth Home Health Care in 1995. Prior to that Rob worked as a licensed healthcare administrator in the Long-Term Care industry. Robs roles at Commonwealth Home Health Care is establishing new customers and contracts in both long-term care and Veteran Administration Health Care. Rob and his wife Sherri have two children and a Grandson. They enjoy time with their family and weekends at Smith Mountain Lake. -
Erica Thomson
Operations Director
Erica joined Commonwealth Home Health Care in 1997. She began her career in the warehouse, became a HME Technician, then an Operations supervisor and today she serves as the Director of Operations a position she has held for six (6) years now. Erica has a great understanding of operations in the Home Medical Field. Erica also serves as the Emergency Operations Coordinator for our service area. Erica and her spouse, Heather enjoy traveling to the beach, spending time with their families and spoiling their black lab Sadie.
